Who we are

Pulse Rehab LLP (UEN T26LL0887E) is a Singapore-registered rehabilitation practice.

What we collect, and why

• The details in your WhatsApp or email message, so we can reply and plan therapy
• Health information needed to assess, plan and deliver therapy
• Contact details of family members or caregivers involved in your care
• Billing details for invoicing

We do not collect NRIC numbers.

Who sees it

• The therapists involved in your care
• CardUp, if you choose to pay by card
• Authorities, where the law requires it

We never sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing without your permission. We take photos or videos only with your written consent.

Keeping your information

We keep your information only as long as it is needed for your care, or as the law requires.

Some of the services we use to communicate and keep records may store data outside Singapore. We use services that protect it to a standard comparable to Singapore law.

Your rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to continue providing therapy. Email hello@pulserehab.sg and we will reply within 10 business days.
